We are currently seeking a dynamic Client-Side Project Manager to join a Consultancy who are going through a strategic growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of managing the head contractor and client on construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Manage and coordinate project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project scope, timelines, and objectives are met.
- Review and approve project budgets, estimates, and change orders.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the client on project status and performance.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.


Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Client-Side Project Manager, demonstrating successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
