Our Client are committed to improving healthcare infrastructure and have an excellent track record of doing so. They have embarked on an exciting journey to construct a cutting-edge hospital facility. As the Project Director, you will play a pivotal role managing the Construction of the project.

Position Overview:
As the Project Director within the Health Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process with a focus on managing the Builder. You will lead a talented team of talented and experienced Project Managers, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure that the hospital is built to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a healing environment that will positively impact the lives of countless patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the project's strategic plan, including scope, budget, and schedule.
Lead a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Manage project budgets, control costs, and report financial status to stakeholders.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to incorporate specialized needs into the design and construction.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and adapt to changing circumstances to keep the project on track.
Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and innovation on the construction site.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience as a Project Director or Manager for large-scale construction projects, preferably in healthcare.
Strong knowledge of construction management software, budgeting, and scheduling tools.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
