Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled, motivated and ambitious (the last PM on this account went from PM to PD in 5 years!)  Project / Senior Project Manager to join a Consultancy who have grown in both reputation and headcount on the back of their consistent and expanding project pipeline.

With a headcount of c. 20 and offices in 3 states, this role is initially focused on delivering capex, fitout and refurbishment projects within the hospitality sector (one of 7 current market verticals they operate in) and ideally suited to a Project Manager with 5+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of the projects, from planning and design to construction and final delivery.

Coordinate with architects, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring projects are completed within time and cost constraints.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating team members to deliver their best.

Proactively identify and resolve any project-related issues or challenges that may arise during construction.

Communicate project progress, updates, and potential risks to clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years of successful fit out and refurb project delivery.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of making sound decisions under pressure.

Proficient in project management software and tools to track progress and analyse data.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively.

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
