Senior Project Manager (Client-Side) Automated Warehouses and Data Centres

Are you passionate about delivering bespoke technically challenging projects and turning visions into reality? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Senior Client-Side Project Manager to join a dynamic project management consultancy and lead genuinely one of a kind industrial (Automated Warehouses, Data Centres etc) projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of the projects, from planning and design to construction and final delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring projects are completed within time and cost constraints.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating team members to deliver their best.
• Proactively identify and resolve any project-related issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Communicate project progress, updates, and potential risks to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a service heavy project sector (Hospitals, Data Centres etc), with a minimum of 8 years of successful project delivery.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of making sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in project management software and tools to track progress and analyse data.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
