Residential Senior Client-Side Project Manager

business and lead exciting residential projects from concept to completion. If you have a strong background in construction management, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of residential projects, from planning and design to construction and final delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring projects are completed within time and cost constraints.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating team members to deliver their best.
- Proactively identify and resolve any project-related issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and potential risks to clients.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, with a minimum of 10 years of successful project delivery.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of making sound decisions under pressure.
Proficient in project management software and tools to track progress and analyse data.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
